My research focuses on understanding how design elements could be optimized along with organization development to improve the effectiveness of change intervention strategies. I am looking specifically at mergers and acquisitions, and using design science in conjunction with OD as a viable solution for responding to the environmental turbulence and improving change intervention strategies for organizations involved in M&A.
